Our long Merino Lambs Wool scarves are lightweight, soft and very warm and have been lightly felted for extra warmth and wind protection.   

All our scarves are knitted using a punch-card system on a manual vintage knitting machine.  The scarves are woven with our two bespoke Isle of Tiree patterns which meet in the middle and have a bright shot of contrasting colour at each end.  Our  "Barley" pattern is inspired by the gaelic name for the island of Tiree - used for centuries as Tìr an Eòrna, ‘the land of barley’  and our linear pattern is the name Tiree in Morse Code.
